Dr. Josef Blankstein is Professor and Chairman of the Chicago Medical School/Rosalind Franklin University.  Dr. Blankstein also serves as an Attending Physician of Chicago-IVF, one of the largest fertility centers in the Midwest.  In addition, Dr. Blankstein is Program Director of the Department of OBGYN at Mount Sinai Medical Center.  After receiving his doctorate degree and residency in OBGYN from Tel Aviv University School of Medicine, Dr. Blankstein completed a second residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Manitoba, Canada.  He then continued to pursuit his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology/In Vitro Fertilization at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.  Dr. Blankstein is board-certified for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as a member of a variety of societies including the American Fertility Society and founding member of the International Society of Gynecological Endocrinology.  With global experience studying with other fertility specialists around the world, as well as over 100 scientific publications, Dr. Blankstein makes a priority of getting involved with professional organizations and interacting with his colleagues.
